- Website Rebuilds: Complete site redesign and modernization
- WebOps: Ongoing hosting, monitoring, and maintenance services
- Inspector: Competitor tracking and SEO monitoring (coming soon)
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when using our services
- Have legal authority over websites you submit for analysis or rebuild
- Not use our services for illegal purposes or to violate third-party rights
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
Current pricing for our services:
- Rebuild: $3,500 (one-time payment)
- WebOps: $199/month (monthly subscription)
- Inspector: $99/month (coming soon)
4.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
4.3 Refunds
Rebuild services: Refunds available within 30 days if work has not commenced. WebOps subscriptions: Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to your website content, branding, and intellectual property. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to access and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
5.2 Our Services
The 10xBuild platform, audit methodology, and related intellectual property are owned by 10xBuild. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.
5.3 Rebuilt Websites
Upon payment completion for Rebuild services, you own 100% of the rebuilt website code, design, and content. You may host it anywhere and modify it as you wish.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make commercially reasonable efforts to provide accurate audits and quality rebuilds, but we do not guarantee specific results or rankings.
No Guarantee of Results: Website performance depends on many factors beyond our control, including hosting, content, and third-party services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10xBuild's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- You may cancel: WebOps subscriptions anytime without penalty. Rebuild projects may be cancelled before work commences with refund.
- We may terminate: If you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, you retain ownership of any completed work. We will delete your personal data within 30 days unless required to retain it for legal purposes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
